Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs (900g) King Crab Legs, thawed if frozen
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Dry White Wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil (optional). Place crab legs in the roasting pan.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, white wine (if using), lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce evenly over the crab legs, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crab legs are heated through and fragrant.
  6. The crab legs are done when they are heated through. Avoid overcooking, as this can make the crab meat tough.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with extra melted butter and lemon wedges.
