Ingredients:
- 2 lbs (900g) King Crab Legs, thawed if frozen
- 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Dry White Wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil (optional). Place crab legs in the roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, white wine (if using), lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce evenly over the crab legs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crab legs are heated through and fragrant.
- The crab legs are done when they are heated through. Avoid overcooking, as this can make the crab meat tough.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with extra melted butter and lemon wedges.
