Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Snow Crab Clusters, thawed completely
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the thawed crab clusters under cold water to remove excess brine and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Whisk the Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce into the melted garlic butter.
  4. Lay a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Arrange crab clusters in a single layer and drizzle generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Top the crab with lemon slices. Place a second sheet of foil over the top and crimp the edges tightly to create a leak-proof steam seal.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes until the meat is heated through and the internal environment is fully steamed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
