Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound (225 grams) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound (225 grams) sea scallops
- 1/2 pound (225 grams) firm white fish (like cod or halibut), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 grams) smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons / 30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) fresh basil, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse and pat dry shrimp, scallops, and fish. Season all seafood pieces with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add minced garlic to the pan, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops to the pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turns pink and scallops are golden brown.
- Add white fish and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until fish is opaque.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and stir in fresh herbs. Cook for 1 minute to combine flavors.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with additional herbs.
