Ingredients:
- 2 pounds (900g) frozen or thawed crab legs (snow crab, king crab, or Dungeness)
- 1 cup (240ml) water
- 1/2 cup (120ml) dry white wine (optional)
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Old Bay seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Place the trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Pour the water and white wine (if using) into the Instant Pot.
- Add the Old Bay seasoning and minced garlic to the liquid.
- Place the crab legs on top of the trivet, arranging them in a single layer if possible.
- Secure the lid, making sure the pressure valve is set to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 5-8 minutes, depending on the size of the crab legs.
- Quick release the pressure carefully.
- Using tongs, carefully remove the crab legs from the Instant Pot. Serve immediately with melted butter and lemon wedges.
