Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Whisk until smooth and well blended.
- Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or shallow dish.
- Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
- Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
- Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve with your choice of sides.
