Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Whisk until smooth and well blended.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or shallow dish.
  4. Pour marinade over chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  5. Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  9. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Slice and serve with your choice of sides.
