Ingredients:
- 4 sea bream fillets (about 6 ounces each, skin-on recommended)
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pat sea bream fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Press the herb mixture evenly onto the skin side of each fillet.
- Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and add salt to taste; keep warm.
- Transfer the baked sea bream to plates and drizzle with lemon butter sauce.
