Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Kinder
- s Organic Seafood Blend Rub
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound white fish fillets (e.g., cod, halibut)
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl
- Place the shrimp, scallops, and fish in a large resealable bag or container. Pour the marinade over the seafood, ensuring every piece is coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly grease the grill grates with cooking spray if desired.
- For shrimp, thread onto skewers (if needed). Place the shrimp, scallops, and fish directly on the grill. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, scallops for 3-4 minutes per side, and fish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
- Plate the grilled seafood with lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish.
