Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Kinder
  • s Organic Seafood Blend Rub
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound white fish fillets (e.g., cod, halibut)
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl
  2. Place the shrimp, scallops, and fish in a large resealable bag or container. Pour the marinade over the seafood, ensuring every piece is coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly grease the grill grates with cooking spray if desired.
  4. For shrimp, thread onto skewers (if needed). Place the shrimp, scallops, and fish directly on the grill. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, scallops for 3-4 minutes per side, and fish for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Plate the grilled seafood with lemon wedges and fresh parsley for garnish.
