Ingredients:

  • 2 sea bass fillets (substitute with tilapia fillets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (substitute with shallots, minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (substitute with fresh cilantro, chopped)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced shallots, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Fish: Place the tilapia fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Fish: Remove the fish from the marinade and discard any leftover marinade. Place fillets on the grill skin-side down (if applicable). Grill for about4–5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.
  5. Serve: Transfer grilled fish to a serving platter and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on theside.
