Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets (about 170g)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh herbs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F or 200°C).
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and place on the grill skin-side down. Grill for 5-7 minutes each side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges and additional herbs if desired. Enjoy!
