Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Alaskan King Crab legs (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Ensure frozen king crab legs are fully thawed in the refrigerator.
  2. Optional: Use kitchen shears to snip the top of the shells lengthwise to allow butter penetration.
  3. Place each leg or cluster on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, drizzle with a small amount of melted butter, and fold into a loose packet with a small vent for steam.
  4. Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave.
  5. Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley; keep the sauce warm for basting.
  7. Preheat the outdoor grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°F to 400°F).
  8. Place the foil packets on the grill, close the lid, and heat for 8–10 minutes.
