Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Alaskan King Crab legs (thawed)
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Ensure frozen king crab legs are fully thawed in the refrigerator.
- Optional: Use kitchen shears to snip the top of the shells lengthwise to allow butter penetration.
- Place each leg or cluster on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, drizzle with a small amount of melted butter, and fold into a loose packet with a small vent for steam.
- Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat or in a microwave.
- Stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley; keep the sauce warm for basting.
- Preheat the outdoor grill to medium-high heat (approximately 375°F to 400°F).
- Place the foil packets on the grill, close the lid, and heat for 8–10 minutes.
