Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of one lemon
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in shrimp and scallops, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque.
- Remove from heat; drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
