Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of one lemon

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in shrimp and scallops, season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque.
  5. Remove from heat; drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
