- 2 tbsp (30ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1 clove (3g) Garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp (3g) Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp (4g) Fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (4g) Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp (1g) Lemon zest
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and honey. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.
- Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue whisking until the dressing is fully emulsified and the texture appears glossy.
- Gently stir in the chopped dill, parsley, and lemon zest using a folding motion to ensure herbs are evenly distributed.
