  • 1 tbsp (15g) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp (5g) Honey
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove (3g) Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp (4g) Fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (4g) Fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) Lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and honey. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue whisking until the dressing is fully emulsified and the texture appears glossy.
  3. Gently stir in the chopped dill, parsley, and lemon zest using a folding motion to ensure herbs are evenly distributed.
