Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup (50g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup (60g) All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup (113g) Nutella, plus extra for swirling
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella (reserve)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  5. Stir in the 1/2 cup Nutella until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan. Drop small dollops of remaining Nutella over the top of the batter and swirl it in using a toothpick or skewer.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before lifting out with parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares.
