Ingredients:
- ½ cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 cup (200g) Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup (50g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- ½ cup (60g) All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup (113g) Nutella, plus extra for swirling
- 2 tablespoons Nutella (reserve)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- Stir in the 1/2 cup Nutella until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Drop small dollops of remaining Nutella over the top of the batter and swirl it in using a toothpick or skewer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely in the pan before lifting out with parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares.
