- 1 tablespoon/15ml grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (cornflour), dissolved in 1 tablespoon/15ml cold water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions (scallions), thinly sliced
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), grated ginger, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
