Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) Tiger Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons (60g) Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) Dry White Wine
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the wine has reduced slightly.
  4. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan. Once melted, add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in the parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve immediately. This Garlic Butter Tiger Shrimp Recipe is a winner!
