Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) Tiger Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons (60g) Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Dry White Wine
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the wine has reduced slightly.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan. Once melted, add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
