Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh crusty bread or cooked pasta, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Melt the butter in the skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the shrimp; sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and stir in chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with bread or pasta.
