Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh crusty bread or cooked pasta, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
- Melt the butter in the skillet.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet; season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp; sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and stir in chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with bread or pasta.
