  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the prawns: Ensure the prawns are peeled and deveined; pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Melt the butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until bubbling.
  3. Sauté garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add prawns: Carefully add the prawns to the skillet; cook until they turn pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  5. Season: Stir in red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss to coat evenly.
  6. Finish with herbs: Remove from heat and mix in fresh parsley.
  7. Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
