Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced finely
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized chunks
  • 4 top-split brioche buns
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 fresh lemon wedges

Instructions:

  1. Melt 4 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once foaming, add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and translucent. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add cooked lobster chunks to the skillet. Gently toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes just to heat through. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
  3. Wipe the skillet clean or use a separate pan. Spread softened butter on the inner sides of the brioche buns. Place buns face-down in the pan over medium-high heat and cook for 1–2 minutes until mahogany-colored and crisp.
  4. Pile the warm garlic butter lobster into each toasted bun. Squeeze a fresh lemon wedge over the top and serve immediately.
