Ingredients:
- 2 lbs King or Snow Crab Legs (thawed)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Using kitchen shears, cut each crab leg lengthwise along the top of the shell and gently pry the shell open slightly to expose the meat. Lightly brush the exterior of the shells with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant and translucent, ensuring the garlic does not brown.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice, smoked paprika, dried parsley, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the crab legs split-side up on the grates.
- Using a basting brush, generously coat the exposed meat with the garlic butter sauce. Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, basting every 3 minutes, until the shells are mahogany-colored and the meat is heated through.
