Ingredients:

  • 4 (4-6 ounce) Tilapia Fillets, skin on or off
  • ½ cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced (approx. 2 tbsp)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, or to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Place tilapia fillets in a single layer in the baking dish.
  4. Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the top of each tilapia fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges (optional) and serve immediately.
