Ingredients:
- 4 (4-6 ounce) Tilapia Fillets, skin on or off
- ½ cup (113g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced (approx. 2 tbsp)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Salt, or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, or to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Place tilapia fillets in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the top of each tilapia fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with lemon wedges (optional) and serve immediately.
