Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon fillets (approx. 1.5 lbs / 680g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels and season both sides evenly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the fillets in a single layer, spoon the garlic butter mixture over each fillet, and air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Check for doneness; the salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork, or reach an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C).
