Ingredients:
- 2 (6-8 ounce) frozen salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped OR 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped OR 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Place the frozen salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Arrange lemon slices over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully remove from the oven and serve immediately.
