Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-8 ounce) frozen salmon fillets, skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped OR 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped OR 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Place the frozen salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  4. Arrange lemon slices over the salmon fillets. Sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  6. Carefully remove from the oven and serve immediately.
