Ingredients:
- 360 ml White rice
- 1 tbsp Sushi-no-ko (powdered sushi vinegar)
- 1/2 large Dried seaweed paper (nori)
- 1 medium ripe Avocado
- 2 packages Imitation crab sticks
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Plastic wrap
- 1 Sushi mat
Instructions:
- Finely chop the imitation crab and place in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise and a dash of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice into thin strips.
- Cook the white rice according to package instructions until tender. Once cooked
- Place a half sheet of nori shiny side down on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small margin at the top.
- Cover with a piece of plastic wrap, then flip the nori so the rice is facing down.
- Lay the avocado strips and seasoned imitation crab in the center of the rice. Using the sushi mat, roll the sushi tightly from the bottom edge towards the top.
- Peel off the plastic wrap from the top of the roll and place the smoked salmon on top. Reshape using the sushi mat to hold it together.
- Carefully slice the roll with a sharp knife into bite-sized pieces, using the plastic wrap to help with cutting. Enjoy fresh with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
