Ingredients:
- 2 lbs snow crab legs, thawed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Clean the grill grates thoroughly and preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F/200°C). Lightly coat the grates with olive oil using a folded paper towel held by tongs.
- Place the snow crab clusters directly on the grates. Grill for 5–7 minutes per side until the shells turn a bright, vibrant red with slight charred mahogany edges.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper.
- During the last 3 minutes of grilling, generously brush the garlic glaze over the legs. Continue grilling until the butter is bubbling and seared into the shell.
