Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) Tilapia fillets
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 medium lemon, sliced into thin rounds
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the tilapia fillets on paper towels and pat both sides firmly until completely dry. Arrange the fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of each fillet with olive oil to lock in moisture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of each fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
- Top each fillet with a fresh lemon slice.
- Bake on the center rack for 10–12 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
