- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Sriracha Sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Rice Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoon (2.5g) Sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- In the mixing bowl, combine the Japanese mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar (if using).
- Whisk vigorously until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the spicy mayo and adjust the level of Sriracha for desired spiciness. Add a pinch more sugar if it needs more balancing.
- For best flavor, cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
- Drizzle over sushi rolls, tempura, or other Asian-inspired dishes.
