Ingredients:

  • 4 (6-ounce/170g) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup (15g) fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon (3g) salt
  • ¼ teaspoon (1.5g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (optional). Pour the dill mixture over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is evenly coated.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and lemon wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
