Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Baguette slices or assorted crackers
  • Fresh vegetable sticks (carrots, celery, bell peppers)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the crab mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
  6. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
