Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Baguette slices or assorted crackers
- Fresh vegetable sticks (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the crab mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
