Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to break down the crab meat too much. Shape the mixture into 8 equal patties.
- Place the formed patties on a baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and your choice of condiments.
