Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter, small pieces for dotting
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and combine with breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add lemon juice to the filling mixture and combine.
  4. Place the shrimp on a baking dish and stuff each shrimp with the filling mixture.
  5. Dot the tops with small pieces of butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and the filling is golden brown.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra zing.
