Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter, small pieces for dotting
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and combine with breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add lemon juice to the filling mixture and combine.
- Place the shrimp on a baking dish and stuff each shrimp with the filling mixture.
- Dot the tops with small pieces of butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the shrimp are opaque and the filling is golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges for an extra zing.
