Ingredients:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs, preferably homemade or panko
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons additional butter, melted
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange peeled and deveined shrimp on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, parmesan, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon, fill each shrimp with the stuffing mixture, placing it on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle stuffed shrimp with additional melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and the stuffing is golden brown.
- Garnish with lemon wedges, and serve warm.
