Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups crispy potato chips
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, soup, frozen vegetables, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a prepared 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
  5. If using cheese, sprinkle it evenly over the tuna mixture.
  6. Top with a generous layer of crispy potato chips.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
