Ingredients:
- 2 cans (5 oz each) chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups crispy potato chips
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, soup, frozen vegetables, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the dish.
- If using cheese, sprinkle it evenly over the tuna mixture.
- Top with a generous layer of crispy potato chips.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
