Ingredients:
- 2 (6 oz) sea bream fillets, skin-on
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
- Pat the sea bream fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Carefully add the fillets skin-side down; press down gently with a spatula. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
- Flip the fillets carefully using tongs; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the fish is opaque and cooked through.
- While the fish cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add lemon juice, zest, parsley, dill, and red pepper flakes; stir to combine.
- Plate the fish and drizzle with the lemon herb butter. Serve immediately.
