Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Celery sticks
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In the same bowl, combine olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Toss the wings in the marinade until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup. If using, place a wire rack on top of the sheet.
  5. Lay the marinated wings on the baking sheet. If using a rack, place wings on the rack in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with celery and dipping sauce.
