  • Dipping Sauce (Ketchup, Honey Mustard, or BBQ Sauce), as desired

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C). Preheat for 3 minutes. This step is crucial for instant crisping upon contact.
  2. Ready the Nuggets: While preheating, remove the desired amount of Just Bare chicken nuggets from the freezer. Do not thaw.
  3. Lightly Oil (Optional): If you desire an ultra-crispy finish, place the nuggets in a bowl and spritz very lightly with neutral oil spray. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Load the Basket: Place the chicken nuggets in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Crucially, do not overcrowd. Overcrowding will steam the nuggets.
  5. Initial Cook: Cook the nuggets for 6 minutes.
  6. Shake and Flip: Using tongs, open the basket and give the nuggets a thorough shake, ensuring any pieces on the bottom are brought to the top. Alternatively, flip each nugget individually.
