Ingredients:
- 2 (6-ounce) sea bass fillets, skin-on preferred
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of ½ lemon
Instructions:
- Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.
- Generously press the lemon herb crust mixture onto the top of each sea bass fillet, ensuring an even layer.
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the fillets in the basket of the air fryer, crust side up. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
