Ingredients:

  • 2 (6-ounce) sea bass fillets, skin-on preferred
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions:

  1. Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.
  3. Generously press the lemon herb crust mixture onto the top of each sea bass fillet, ensuring an even layer.
  4. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the fillets in the basket of the air fryer, crust side up. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
