Ingredients:
- 120g plain Greek yogurt
- 115g mayonnaise
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1.5 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions:
- In a small non-reactive mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is aerated and completely smooth.
- Fold in the minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, and smoked paprika. Add the sriracha (1-2 tsp depending on heat preference) and whisk until the sauce reaches a uniform consistency.
- Taste the sauce and adjust salt levels. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the dried spices to hydrate and the flavors to marry.
