Ingredients:

  • 120g plain Greek yogurt
  • 115g mayonnaise
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small non-reactive mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is aerated and completely smooth.
  2. Fold in the minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, cumin, and smoked paprika. Add the sriracha (1-2 tsp depending on heat preference) and whisk until the sauce reaches a uniform consistency.
  3. Taste the sauce and adjust salt levels. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the dried spices to hydrate and the flavors to marry.
