Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup (120ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60ml) sour cream
- ½ cup (50g) shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pound (450g) lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- Crusty bread, crackers, or assorted vegetables, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ¼ cup (25g) of the Parmesan cheese, chives, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
- Transfer the crab mixture to a 9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup (25g) of Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let the dip cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra chives.
- Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or assorted vegetables for dipping.
