Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (120ml) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (60ml) sour cream
  • ½ cup (50g) shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound (450g) lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • Crusty bread, crackers, or assorted vegetables, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, ¼ cup (25g) of the Parmesan cheese, chives, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
  4. Transfer the crab mixture to a 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup (25g) of Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the dip cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra chives.
  8. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or assorted vegetables for dipping.
