Ingredients:

  • 8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked for shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • Crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Gently fold in the crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar until just combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving with crackers or baguette slices.
