Ingredients:
- 8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked for shells
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
- Crackers, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until well blended.
- Gently fold in the crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly mixed.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving with crackers or baguette slices.
