Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons green onions or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper, adjusting to preference.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions or chives.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread dip into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
