Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons green onions or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder until well incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper, adjusting to preference.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions or chives.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread dip into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
