Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well blended.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil on both sides.
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the crab mixture evenly onto each slice.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the topping is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
