Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Brush baguette slices with olive oil on both sides.
  5. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  6. Spoon the crab mixture evenly onto each slice.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes until the topping is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
