Ingredients:

  • 3 medium baguettes, opened lengthwise
  • 300 g crab sticks, shredded (approximately 12 sticks)
  • ½ small avocado, thinly sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • ¼ lemon, peeled and cut into small pieces (seeds removed)
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or English works well)
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the light mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and dried oregano (if using). Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Spread one-third of the sauce evenly on the cut side of each baguette.
  3. Layer one-third of the shredded crab sticks over the sauce on each baguette.
  4. Arrange half of the avocado slices on top of the crab sticks in each baguette.
  5. Sprinkle one-third of the lemon pieces, mushroom slices, and lettuce inside each baguette.
  6. Close the baguettes and serve immediately.
