Ingredients:
- 3 medium baguettes, opened lengthwise
- 300 g crab sticks, shredded (approximately 12 sticks)
- ½ small avocado, thinly sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- ¼ lemon, peeled and cut into small pieces (seeds removed)
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or English works well)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the light mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and dried oregano (if using). Whisk until smooth and set aside.
- Spread one-third of the sauce evenly on the cut side of each baguette.
- Layer one-third of the shredded crab sticks over the sauce on each baguette.
- Arrange half of the avocado slices on top of the crab sticks in each baguette.
- Sprinkle one-third of the lemon pieces, mushroom slices, and lettuce inside each baguette.
- Close the baguettes and serve immediately.
