Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 8 ounces lump crab meat, drained (225g)
- ½ cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (30g)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the drained crab meat and shredded cheddar cheese, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
- Transfer the mixture to your baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly. The top should be lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
