Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (225g)
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat, drained (225g)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (30g)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the drained crab meat and shredded cheddar cheese, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
  4. Transfer the mixture to your baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly. The top should be lightly golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
