Ingredients:
- 1 ball Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade) (approx. 400 g)
- 15 ml Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
- 2 g Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)
- 225 g Full-Fat Cream Cheese, softened
- 60 ml Sour Cream or Mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
- 250 g Flake Crab Meat, drained well
- 60 g Green Onions (Scallions), finely sliced
- 1 large clove Garlic, minced (5 g)
- 5 ml Worcestershire Sauce (1 tsp)
- 3 ml Sesame Oil (1/2 tsp)
- 2 g Salt (1/2 tsp)
- 1 g White Pepper (1/4 tsp)
- 50 g Wonton Wrappers, cut into strips and baked/fried until crispy
- 60 ml Sweet Chili Sauce, for drizzling
- Fresh Chives, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Stretch or roll the pizza dough to approximately 30 cm (12 inches). Brush the crust edge lightly with olive oil and sprinkle the base lightly with garlic powder.
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream (or mayonnaise) until completely smooth and lump-free.
- Gently fold the well-drained crab meat, sliced green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Spread the crab rangoon mixture evenly across the prepared pizza dough, leaving a 1-2 cm border for the crust.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (preferably on a pizza stone or preheated baking sheet). Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the topping is heated through and lightly bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to rest for 2 minutes. Drizzle generously with sweet chili sauce and sprinkle with crispy wonton strips and fresh chives before slicing and serving.
