Ingredients:
- 400g store-bought pizza dough ball or pre-baked crust
- 15ml olive oil
- 225g imitation crab, finely chopped
- 115g cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 30g green onions, thinly sliced
- 5g garlic, minced
- 2.5g Worcestershire sauce
- 1.25g salt
- 1.25g black pepper
- 45ml sweet chili sauce
- 10g crispy fried wonton strips, crushed
- 5g fresh scallion greens, sliced for garnish
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Fold in the chopped imitation crab and sliced green onions until the mixture is uniform and velvety.
- Roll out your dough on a baking sheet or stretch it over a pizza stone. Brush the outer edges with olive oil for a mahogany-colored finish. Spread the crab mixture evenly across the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Slide the pizza into a preheated oven at 425°F. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the topping is bubbling. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with sweet chili sauce. Top with crushed wonton strips and fresh scallions for a shattering crunch.
