Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces (115g) imitation crab meat (surimi), finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (30g) finely chopped green onions (scallions)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chili sauce (optional)
- Wonton wrappers, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and pepper.
- Use an electric mixer (or a sturdy spoon) to thoroughly combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and lightly golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sweet chili sauce, if desired.
- Serve hot with wonton wrappers, tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
