Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces canned lump crab meat, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Sesame seeds, for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface. Separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful (about 1-2 tablespoons) of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
  5. Gently curve each filled crescent into a crescent shape. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops of the crescents with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using).
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is heated through.
