Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces canned lump crab meat, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Sesame seeds, for sprinkling (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface. Separate into 8 triangles.
- Place a spoonful (about 1-2 tablespoons) of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point.
- Gently curve each filled crescent into a crescent shape. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the crescents with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (if using).
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is heated through.
