Ingredients:

  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • 24 large shrimp, cleaned and tails removed
  • 1 dash lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 package Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Clean and remove tails from the shrimp if not already done.
  2. Cook the Shrimp: Spray your griddle or skillet with Pam cooking spray. Set your griddle to 300°F or heat the skillet over medium heat. If using frozen shrimp, you can cook them directly from frozen; otherwise, ensure they are thawed before cooking. Begin cooking the shrimp until pink and opaque (approximately 3-5 minutes per side).
  3. Set Up Serving Tray: While the shrimp are cooking, take a plate or serving tray and arrange your 24 Ritz crackers.
  4. Add Cream Cheese: Once cooked, turn off your griddle/skillet. Using a spoon, take some Philadelphia cream cheese and place it on each Ritz cracker. Spread it evenly using the bottom of the spoon.
  5. Top with Shrimp: Using a fork or tongs, place one cooked shrimp on top of each cream-cheesed cracker.
  6. Finish with Seasoning: Sprinkle a dash of lemon pepper seasoning over each assembled cracker.
  7. Serve & Enjoy!
