- 1 pinch (1g) salt
- 1 tsp (5ml) lime zest
- 1 tbsp (5g) fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions:

- Using a stainless steel whisk, stir in a circular motion until the marmalade is fully integrated and no large clumps remain.
- Whisk in the Sriracha, fresh lime juice, and grated ginger until the sauce is velvety and glossy.
- Stir in the salt and taste for balance between sweetness, acidity, and heat.
- Fold in the lime zest and chopped cilantro just before serving to maintain fresh notes.
