Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (115g) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (30g) grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (plus more for garnish, if desired)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 ounces (225g) lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • Crusty bread, crackers, or crudités, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in grated cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to combine.
  4. Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
  5. Transfer the crab dip mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra Old Bay seasoning, if desired. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or crudités.
