- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (115g) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (30g) grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (plus more for garnish, if desired)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 8 ounces (225g) lump crab meat, picked over for shells
- Crusty bread, crackers, or crudités, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in grated cheddar cheese, green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to combine.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much.
- Transfer the crab dip mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with extra Old Bay seasoning, if desired. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or crudités.
